Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end BTL campaigns and activation projects.
- Understand client requirements by conducting client meetings and site visits to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage vendor onboarding, evaluation, and relationships to ensure quality service delivery.
- Negotiate with vendors to optimize project costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate manpower planning and vendor allocation based on project requirements.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and successful execution.
- Conduct regular field visits to oversee on-ground operations and resolve execution-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative campaign ideas and execution strategies.
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, presentations, and post-campaign reports.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, client expectations, and operational standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational excellence.
- 4–5 years of experience in a BTL/Experiential Marketing/Activation agency.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project execution when required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
