Roles & Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end BTL campaigns and activation projects.
  • Understand client requirements by conducting client meetings and site visits to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, evaluation, and relationships to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Negotiate with vendors to optimize project costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Coordinate manpower planning and vendor allocation based on project requirements.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and successful execution.
  • Conduct regular field visits to oversee on-ground operations and resolve execution-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative campaign ideas and execution strategies.
  • Prepare project proposals, budgets, presentations, and post-campaign reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, client expectations, and operational standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational excellence.
Preferred Skills
  • 4–5 years of experience in a BTL/Experiential Marketing/Activation agency.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and project execution when required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
