HubSpot Functional Administrator:

We are looking for a HubSpot Functional Administrator to provide day-to-day support for our HubSpot users. In this role, you help colleagues with questions, small changes, and functional issues within the HubSpot platform. You ensure the system works smoothly and support teams in using HubSpot correctly.

This position is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow their HubSpot skills while supporting Marketing, Sales, and Service teams in their daily work.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming HubSpot questions and support requests from users.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and guide users on how to use HubSpot effectively.
  • Make small changes such as updates to properties, pipelines, lists, or simple workflows.
  • Maintain data quality by checking for errors and helping users correct them.
  • Create basic documentation for common questions and standard processes.
  • Escalate technical or complex issues to IT or specialist teams when needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor-level education (or equivalent).
  • 1–2 years of experience with HubSpot or another CRM/marketing platform.
  • Basic understanding of CRM processes and marketing automation.
  • Service-oriented mindset with interest in helping users.
  • Analytical, accurate, and able to follow structured processes.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • HubSpot certifications are a plus.

  • Able to manage multiple small support requests.
