Operations Executive: Supply Chain 📍 Vadodara (On-site, Full-time) | 4–6 years experience

We're smoothmix, a fast-growing herbal blend brand based in Baroda. We're looking for a hands-on operations person to own our supply chain end to end, from purchase orders through dispatch to fill-rate reporting, as we scale across quick-commerce, marketplaces, and B2B distribution.

What you'll own

• PO management: log, map, and track every purchase order across Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, and other channels, from intake to confirmed delivery
• Quality and packaging: verify SKU counts, packaging, and print/barcode quality so nothing wrong reaches the dispatch dock
• Documentation and compliance: match every PO to its invoice, e-way bill, and packing list, and handle e-way bill generation and GST filing
• Dispatch and last-mile: coordinate couriers, track shipments to delivery, and hold fill rate at 92 to 95%+ (the gold-star metric for this role)
• Vendor and cost: process vendor invoices, and negotiate and track packaging and logistics spend against targets
• Systems: keep the CRM/Odoo clean and current, and build repeatable processes others can run

What we're looking for

• 4 to 6 years in supply chain or operations, ideally at a D2C, ecommerce, FMCG, or 3PL/logistics company
• Detail-obsessive under time pressure, and someone who never lets a PO go untracked
• Comfortable running the seat solo with intern-level support
• A systems-builder, not just an executor: you tighten processes, you don't just follow them
• Confident pushing back on vendors or channels when the numbers don't match
• Strong on Excel or Sheets, and comfortable with inventory/ERP tools and channel panels

Bonus: quick-commerce (Blinkit/Zepto) experience and hands-on e-way bill or GST exposure.
