About The Opportunity

Devdort is a fast-scaling healthcare services provider transforming patient experience and operational efficiency across India’s leading private hospitals. We specialize in streamlining clinical workflows, revenue cycle management, and compliance governance—powering smarter, faster, and more compassionate care delivery through data-driven administration and lean operational frameworks.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hospital operations including patient flow, bed management, billing & revenue cycle, and vendor coordination across multiple departments.
• Establish KPIs and SLAs for clinical and non-clinical teams; monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure full compliance with NABH, NABL, and local healthcare regulations, maintaining audit readiness and leading accreditation initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical heads and finance to optimize resource utilization, reduce operational costs, and enhance patient throughput without compromising quality.
• Manage cross-functional teams—HR, IT, pharmacy, diagnostics, and housekeeping—ensuring synchronization of workflows and service-level alignment.
• Design and deploy digital transformation initiatives including ERP, HIS, and telemedicine integrations to improve data visibility and decision-making speed.
