Swagloop, a venture by BNCW Enterprises, is an AI-curated corporate gifting platform for Indian B2B buyers. Every order we take is a promise: a curated kit, at scale, quality checked before it ever leaves our hands. That promise only holds if the catalog behind it is real and the vendors behind that catalog show up on time.
We're hiring an Operations Intern to own the unglamorous, essential work that makes fulfillment possible: keeping the catalog honest, keeping vendors accountable, and keeping every order on track from production to packing.
What You'll Work On
- Maintain and grow our product catalog, making sure every SKU is tied to a confirmed, reliable supplier. A listing with no locked supplier isn't a real listing.
- Identify and manage vendor relationships across categories, so a single vendor issue never stalls an order.
- Track vendor performance over time and keep that record current.
- Follow up with vendors on pricing and stock availability before it becomes a problem mid-order.
- Own timeline tracking on live orders, from production through shipping, and flag anything at risk of slipping.
- Quality-check branded products before dispatch: right branding, right finish, right quantity, no surprises at the client's end.
- Manage packing and handover for outbound orders, coordinating with vendors and logistics so nothing ships incomplete or late.
- Flag any vendor or timeline risk early enough that it can actually be fixed, not reported after the fact.
Requirements
- Highly organized and detail-oriented. You'll be tracking multiple vendors, SKUs, and timelines at once, and nothing should slip through.
- Comfortable following up with vendors directly, by call or message, without needing to be told to chase.
- Able to do basic timeline math and flag when a production or shipping window is at risk.
- Self-directed. You spot a gap in the catalog or a vendor going quiet and you act on it, not wait to be assigned.
- Available full-time, on-site in Dwarka, for the full 3-month term.
Preferred
- Prior exposure to vendor management, procurement, or logistics coordination.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets for tracking SKUs, vendor status, and rate cards.
- Interest in operations or supply chain within a startup environment.
- Understanding that we're pre-launch and building the vendor base as we go, not managing an already-mature supply chain.
