Role Summary

The Operations Manager will manage Production, Purchase, Stores, and overall Operations, ensuring operational efficiency, cost optimization, quality compliance, and timely delivery in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead production planning, execution, and process improvements.
• Manage procurement, vendor development, and cost control.
• Oversee stores and inventory management for material availability and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Project teams.
• Track operational KPIs, MIS, safety, and statutory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.

Key Requirements

• Engineering background in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing.
• 8 to 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Must have hands-on experience with ERP systems (production, purchase, inventory, MIS).
• Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Sheet Metal / Fabrication industry experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and vendor management capabilities
