Operations Manager
This is a management trainee role that starts with field sales and customer acquisition. You'll learn sales, communication, leadership, and business operations through a structured growth path:
Phase 1: Field sales, customer acquisition, negotiation, and business fundamentals.
Phase 2: Team leadership, mentoring, and performance management.
Phase 3: Managing teams, campaigns, and business operations.
