About Us

School of Athens Fine Art Academy is expanding and seeking an Operations Manager to streamline systems, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless execution across academic and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily branch operations.
  • Develop and implement operational SOPs.
  • Monitor attendance, schedules, faculty allocation, and infrastructure requirements.
  • Coordinate between academics, admissions, finance, HR, and marketing departments.
  • Track operational KPIs and branch performance.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and standards.
  • Conduct operational audits and quality checks.
  • Improve workflows and productivity.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
  • Support expansion projects and new branch setup.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of operations management experience.
  • Strong process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent coordination and execution skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and operational planning.
