About the Role

We’re looking for an Operations Specialist – Last Mile Delivery to join our core operations team. This role sits at the intersection of dispatch, logistics, and company-wide operations, ensuring smooth daily execution across multiple cities.

You’ll be deeply involved in live delivery operations, while also working closely with the COO and leadership team on improving processes, scaling operations, and solving real problems as they happen.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on responsibility, exposure to leadership, and long-term growth in a fast-scaling company.



What You’ll Do

Last-Mile & Dispatch Operations

  • Manage daily dispatch and live delivery execution across assigned cities
  • Audit orders and ensure accuracy before routes go live
  • Assign and adjust delivery routes based on availability, capacity, and timing
  • Monitor deliveries in real time and step in quickly when issues arise
  • Reassign routes or resources as needed to maintain on-time performance


Company & City Operations

  • Support overall city operations beyond dispatch, helping keep everything running smoothly
  • Collaborate with Driver Engagement, Restaurant Ops, and Account Management teams
  • Identify operational gaps and escalate risks before they become issues
  • Help standardize processes as new cities and volumes scale


Quality Control & Decision-Making

  • Review delivery proof, timestamps, and compliance with standards
  • Make fast, thoughtful decisions during high-volume service windows
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently


Reporting & Improvement

  • Prepare daily end-of-day reports with key operational metrics
  • Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, incident resolution, and route efficiency
  • Proactively suggest improvements to tools, workflows, and SOPs


Who You Are

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, dispatch, or last-mile delivery
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong operational mindset
  • A self-starter who takes ownership and doesn’t wait for instructions
  • Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple moving parts at once
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and web-based tools
  • Strong communicator who works well across teams and time zones
  • Flexible and willing to support operations during peak hours when needed
