Hiring for Oracle Functional Consultant

Experience: 5- 8 Years

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid – 3 Days to office)

Shifts: 3PM to 12AM

Key skills: Oracle HRMS, Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Fast formulas and Absence

Required Qualifications -

• BE in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent
• 5-8 years of experience in Oracle EBS Functional Modules: Core HR , Payroll , Benefits.
• Excellent working knowledge in Absence, Fast formulas
• Support business during month end close in the above-mentioned modules.
• Understanding the requirement, design, development, troubleshooting and unit testing for both delivered and custom requirements
• Ability and desire to coach team members and business partners on solution adoption
• Strong domain knowledge with attention to detail.
• Strong advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
