Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Compensation Lead/Manager

  • Experience: 12–16 Years
  • Location: Indore / Gurgaon
  • Work Mode: Hybrid (currently).
  • Employees are required to visit the office 5 days per month. However, this arrangement is subject to business requirements and may change, including a transition to a full Work from Office (WFO) model if required by the business.


We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Compensation and Core HR. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting compensation processes and Oracle HCM modules.
