Oracle Fusion ( Pl/SQL)

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Oracle Fusion (PL/SQL) professional based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing PL/SQL code within Oracle Fusion applications, including creation of packages, procedures, functions, and triggers. The candidate will work closely with business and consulting teams to understand requirements, map them to Oracle Fusion modules, and implement robust solutions aligned with business processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and supporting Oracle HR and related Oracle Applications, performing system integrations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring performance, data integrity, and security. The role also requires creating technical documentation, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to support ongoing enhancements and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Proven abilities to collaborate with technical product owner prioritizing technology initiatives and technical debt remediation- Experience with General Ledger, Accounts Payables and Fixed Assets preferred.
• Experience in Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud Fusion, BIP.
• Experience in FCCS and PBCS modules
• Knowledge in Consolidations, Plan and Forecast.
• Hands-on experience in implementing or supporting Oracle BIP and OBIEE
• Experience working on Oracle Fusion cloud ERP system
• Prior experience with ETL, large relational databases
• Prior experience with data analysis and reporting
• Experience in Unix Shell scripting.
• Knowledge and exposure to the entire SDLC from Requirements, Design, Development, Testing and Production Support.
• Knowledge and experience in trouble shooting, maintaining and preparing technical documents and assisting training the clients.
• Knowledge of batch processing tools like Autosys
• Ability to work with customers and good communication skills.
