Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant – OPM & Maintenance Cloud, based in the Pune Division. The consultant will design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion SCM solutions with a focus on OPM and Maintenance Cloud modules, aligning system functionality with business and supply chain processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting requirements workshops, performing gap analysis, preparing functional and technical documentation, and supporting integration and data migration activities. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, providing end-user training, resolving production issues, and ensuring continuous process improvements. The consultant will also support project planning, participate in client meetings, and contribute to solution optimization and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret business requirements, analyze data, and develop effective Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
• Experience in Management Consulting and Consulting, including client engagement, stakeholder management, and solution-driven advisory.
• Solid understanding of Business Process design and optimization, especially related to manufacturing, maintenance, and operations.
• Hands-on expertise in Supply Chain Management, with practical knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM, OPM, and Maintenance Cloud modules.
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion SCM or closely related ERP consulting roles.
• Proven experience in end-to-end implementation, configuration, testing, and support of Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
• Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in Oracle Fusion SCM are an advantage.
• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills, with a focus on clear, inclusive, and professional interactions.
