Job Description: Oracle SCM Functional (Oracle Cloud SCM Expert)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in functional aspects of Oracle SCM modules and will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions across various SCM processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure that Oracle SCM is effectively integrated, optimized, and maintained to support business operations. In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible to ensure every aspect of SDLC (Software development life cycle) is followed. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion SCM and MFG modules, ensuring successful delivery of complex, multi-country implementations. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business requirements and technical execution, mentoring teams and driving industry-specific best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the design of global supply chain solutions, including SCM, Order Management, Manufacturing, Costing, Procurement modules. Own the end-to-end design lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and SIT, UAT to final go-live.
• Experience: 12+ years of extensive experience in Supply Chain & Operations, with at least 10+ years of specialized experience as an Oracle Apps SCM Functional Consultant and Architect.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud (MFG, CST, PO, OM, INV, Supply Planning) and Oracle EBS (R12/11i upgrades). Proven experience designing custom PaaS solutions and complex integrations.
• Process Optimization: Leverage your background in operations and business process consulting to provide strategic advice on warehouse transformation, inventory optimization, and productivity improvements.
• Mentorship & Practice Growth: Contribute to the development of our Oracle practice by selecting, guiding, and mentoring consultants. Define and refine industry-specific solutions and accelerators to improve delivery efficiency.

Desired Qualification

• Education: MBA (or PGDM) in Operations & Supply Chain Management from a premier institution; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
• Certifications: Active Oracle Cloud Implementation Certifications (e.g., Manufacturing Cloud, Order Management Cloud, Procurement Cloud).
• Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, managing global rollout projects across diverse geographical regions (USA, Europe, Asia), and delivering significant business process improvements.
