Hiring: Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting Cloud (EPBCS/PBCS) Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting Cloud (EPBCS/PBCS) Consultant to join our team. If you have a strong background in Oracle EPM implementations and are passionate about delivering high-quality planning and budgeting solutions, we'd love to connect with you.

Experience

• 8+ years of overall experience in Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting Cloud (EPBCS/PBCS)
• Successfully delivered at least 4 end-to-end EPBCS/PBCS implementations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, implementation, and guide the project team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and configure Oracle EPBCS/PBCS applications, including:
• Application creation
• Metadata management
• Planning forms
• Business rules
• Data validation
• Workflow and security configuration
• Reports and dashboards
• Backup automation
• Design and manage integrations with Oracle EPM/Hyperion and other enterprise systems using FDMEE, ODI, and Data Management.
• Understand and support Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting business processes.
• Prepare project documentation, including test scripts, integration configuration documents, user manuals, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable EPM solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong technical expertise in Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud (EPBCS/PBCS).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion/EPM integrations.
• Experience with FDMEE, ODI, and Oracle Data Management.
• Strong understanding of Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Tech or MCA.
• Knowledge of Oracle EPM Profitability & Cost Management (PCM) and Account Reconciliation (ARCS) is an added advantage.
