Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer orders efficiently across various e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Shopify, and Etsy.
• Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure on-time order dispatch.
• Update and maintain order records and customer information accurately in the order management system.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving order issues and answering queries promptly.
• Monitor order status to ensure all orders are fulfilled according to company standards and deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize order processing workflows and improve overall efficiency.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have
• Proficiency in Order Management Systems and E-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and Etsy
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work on-site in India
• Prior experience in order processing or e-commerce operations preferred
• Preferred
