Job Description
Task Tracker Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are passionate about sales, communication, and building customer relationships. You will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their business requirements, and promoting our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to business growth by engaging with potential customers and supporting the sales process.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned leads and databases.
- Introduce and explain Tracker Suite.ai software products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in the CRM.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Stay updated on company products, features, and ongoing promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in B2B or SaaS sales will be an added advantage.
- Experience using CRM software is a plus.
