Hours: Part-Time (12-30 hours per week)

Pay: £12-14 per hour

Job description: We are seeking a Part Time Breakfast Chef to join our team on the weekends at the hotel in preparing and delivering high-quality breakfast meals. Also working a few shifts throughout the week on the main line. The ideal candidate will have experience in meal preparation, particularly in a hotel or restaurant setting.

Duties

• Prepare and cook breakfast items according to the menu specifications
• Ensure all food is prepared and served in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
• Help with stock control and ordering supplies and deliveries as needed
• Create afternoon teas and pod packages for the spa.
• Cover holidays of other staff members.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably within a hotel or restaurant environment
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Ability to work individually on breakfast service
• Strong communication skills to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
• Familiarity with breakfast food preparation techniques and presentation
