Role Description The Part-Time SaaS Sales Consultant | Bagel AI will focus on driving qualified opportunities and revenue for Bagel Ai’s SaaS and AI-enabled offerings. This is a part-time, remote role responsible for managing the full consultative sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through solution recommendations and closing. Day-to-day, the consultant will identify and research potential e-commerce and DTC clients, conduct discovery calls to understand their revenue, marketing, and technology challenges, and propose tailored Bagel Ai solutions. The role includes preparing and delivering product demos, sales presentations, and proposals, as well as following up on inbound leads and maintaining a healthy pipeline in the CRM. The consultant will collaborate closely with revenue, marketing, and tech teams to ensure accurate scoping, smooth handoffs, and a positive prospective-client experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications
- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with experience leading discovery, diagnosing client needs, and crafting tailored SaaS solutions.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a track record of building trust, managing expectations, and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and confidence in virtual sales meetings.
- Experience selling SaaS or AI-enabled products, ideally to e-commerce or DTC brands, with familiarity in subscription and recurring revenue models.
- Comfort working remotely in a part-time capacity, managing time independently, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and sales tools.
- Analytical mindset, able to interpret performance data, speak to ROI, and translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
- Preferred: Background in digital marketing, revenue operations, or e-commerce technology; prior experience in a startup or boutique consulting environment.
