About the Role

ABP Network is looking for a dynamic and results-driven “Partnerships Manager – Content Syndication” to lead and expand our content distribution ecosystem across India and international markets. The role will focus on driving strategic partnerships for both text and video content with OEMs, content aggregators, OTT platforms, FAST platforms, telecom operators, connected TV ecosystems, news platforms, and emerging digital distribution partners.


The ideal candidate should have strong business development skills, experience in digital media/content licensing, and the ability to identify, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships that maximize audience reach and revenue.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new content syndication partners across Text, Video, CTV, OTT, OEM, and Aggregator ecosystems.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with smartphone OEMs, Smart TV manufacturers, telecom operators, news aggregators, OTT platforms, FAST platforms, browser partners, and digital publishers.
  • Drive end-to-end partnership lifecycle including prospecting, pitching, commercial negotiations, contract execution, onboarding, and account management.
  • Expand ABP's content distribution footprint across domestic and international markets.
  • Develop partnership strategies to increase content consumption, audience acquisition, and syndication revenue.
  • Work closely with Editorial, Product, Technology, Legal, Finance, and Ad Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of partnerships.
  • Track partner performance using key metrics such as traffic, video views, engagement, revenue, and user retention.
  • Identify new distribution opportunities across AI platforms, voice assistants, automotive infotainment systems, wearable devices, and emerging content ecosystems.
  • Manage commercial discussions including licensing models, revenue sharing, fixed-fee partnerships, advertising monetization, and hybrid commercial structures.


Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Content Syndication, Digital Media, OTT, AdTech, or Publisher Ecosystem.
  • Strong network within OEMs, content aggregators, OTT platforms, telecom companies, digital publishers, and media ecosystem.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of digital publishing, content licensing, video distribution, and monetization models.
  • Knowledge of CTV, FAST channels, connected devices, and digital content ecosystems will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business opportunities and commercial models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ownership attitude.


Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior experience working with publishers, media houses, OTT platforms, OEMs, content aggregators, telecom operators, or digital distribution companies will be preferred.
