Role Description The Partnership Success Manager – Influencer Business is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for managing and growing strategic partnerships with influencers, agencies, and brand stakeholders, ensuring successful onboarding, campaign execution, and long-term relationship retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating influencer campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing partnership outcomes, and providing partners with insights to improve ROI. The role involves regular communication with partners to understand their goals, address issues proactively, and collaborate with internal teams such as product, marketing, and analytics to deliver high-quality campaign experiences. The Partnership Success Manager will also contribute to refining partnership processes, identifying new collaboration opportunities, and supporting the evolution of KOLPlanet’s influencer ecosystem.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships skills to identify, nurture, and grow long-term influencer and brand relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Account Management skills to oversee partner portfolios, ensure satisfaction, and drive retention and expansion.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations, present insights clearly, and collaborate across teams.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret campaign data, evaluate performance, and recommend data-backed optimizations.
• Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or creator ecosystems is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with analytics dashboards, CRM tools, and social media platforms is an advantage.
