Hiring: Payroll & Compensation & Benefits Manager

Working days: 5.5 Days

CTC: Up to 10 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Payroll & C&B Manager for a leading FMCG company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll for 750–1000 employees
• Ensure strong statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
• Design and implement tax-efficient salary structures
• Stay updated with Labour Laws & Code of Wages
• Work across multiple HRMS systems

Requirements:

• 10–12 years of experience in Payroll & C&B
• Strong compliance and payroll management expertise
• FMCG background preferred
