About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, analyzing, and scaling campaigns to generate qualified leads, customer acquisitions, and measurable business growth.
This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, conversion tracking, audience targeting, and campaign optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Other relevant digital advertising platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, ROAS, CPL, and CPA.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Create and test ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign messaging.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights through regular reports.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and identify opportunities for scaling campaigns.
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of conversion funnels, attribution models, and lead generation strategies.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or related platforms.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets of ₹1 lakh+.
