About the Role
Win Win Training is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI through paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta and Google Ads, campaign optimization, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Generate quality leads for training programs, workshops, and coaching services.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
• Conduct audience research and create targeted ad strategies.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
• Track key metrics such as CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
• Work closely with the content and design team to create high-performing ad creatives.
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
• Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising platform updates.
  

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
• Strong understanding of lead generation funnels.
• Experience in campaign optimization and budget management.
• Basic knowledge of landing pages and CRM integration.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are an added advantage.
