Performance Marketing Associate

Role Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Performance Marketing Associate to join our on-site team in Mangaluru. In this role, you will design, implement, and analyze digital marketing campaigns to drive growth and engagement. Daily tasks include conducting market research, managing marketing projects, optimizing campaigns for performance, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business goals. Your efforts will directly contribute to building strong and innovative marketing strategies for our clients.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in end-to-end ads management across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, with a strict focus on generating relevant leads and ROI.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ads ecosystems, including campaign architecture, audience targeting, and performance scaling to meet business KPIs.
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.
• Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing Strategy to drive measurable growth and achieve business objectives.
• Deep expertise in managing and optimizing Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad campaigns to drive measurable, high-quality results.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
