Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Performance Marketing Executive to support and manage paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
The candidate will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to drive customer acquisition, improve campaign performance, and support overall online sales growth for the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and basic funnel optimization
- Support A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and campaign strategies
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad banners, videos, and campaign requirements
- Track campaign performance using Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and related tools
- Monitor daily ad spends and ensure proper budget utilization
- Generate regular performance reports and share actionable insights
- Assist in pixel setup, event tracking, and conversion tracking implementation
- Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Coordinate with e-commerce and sales teams to align campaigns with ongoing promotions and product launches
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
- Understanding of performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions
- Familiarity with audience targeting, remarketing, and campaign optimization
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Experience in fashion, apparel, or e-commerce industry will be preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
