About Gytree


Gytree is India's first dedicated perimenopause and menopause-focused women's health platform like supplements, coaching, doctor consults, and at-home lab testing for Indian women aged 35-53. We operate across D2C (Shopify), Amazon.in, and enterprise wellness, backed by investors including Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw and Nithin Kamath.


The Role


We're scaling paid performance aggressively across Meta and Google, with Amazon Ads as a growing revenue channel. We need someone who can own ROAS end-to-end — not just run campaigns, but build the systems, automation, and reporting that let us scale spend without losing efficiency.


What You'll Need to Own


Paid Media Execution

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display)
  • Own ROAS and CAC targets across channels; scale winning campaigns, cut underperformers fast
  • Run structured A/B tests on creative, audiences, and landing pages


Data & Reporting

  • Build and maintain automated reporting dashboards (Excel/Google Sheets) — daily/weekly spend, ROAS, CAC, AOV, channel-wise breakdowns
  • Tabulate and present campaign performance data in a clear, decision-ready format for leadership review
  • Flag anomalies proactively (budget mismatches, zero-spend campaigns, ad-group level issues masked by campaign-level data)


AI & Tooling

  • Use AI tools for automation, content generation, creative variation testing, audience research, and reporting automation
  • Identify and implement tool integrations that reduce manual work (e.g., automated bid rules, Sheets-to-dashboard pipelines, AI-assisted QA on listings/ad copy)
  • Stay current on platform AI features (Google PMax signals, Meta Advantage+) and apply them


Cross-functional

  • Work closely with content, creative, and ops teams to brief and iterate on ad creative
  • Coordinate with category/inventory teams to align ad spend with stock availability
  • Support Amazon-specific initiatives (Rufus Q&A seeding inputs, listing performance feedback)


What We're Looking For

  • 3-4 years in performance marketing, with hands-on Meta Ads and Google Ads management (need someone who's owned budgets and targets directly)
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills — pivot tables, formulas, automation (scripts/macros a plus)
  • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude, ad-copy generators, automation platforms) as part of daily workflow, not just aware of them
  • Strong data instincts: can read a dashboard, spot what's wrong, and explain why in plain language
  • D2C or health/wellness/FMCG category experience is a plus, not mandatory
  • Can work independently with partial briefs and iterate fast


What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Fully owns and reports on Meta + Google spend with a self-maintained dashboard
  • Meets or improves defined ROAS/CAC targets across at least one channel
