Our next phase of growth is driven by technology, product innovation, and performance marketing. We are looking for someone who wants to build acquisition systems that operate at national scale.

Organic growth has helped us build one of India's largest education brands.

Now, we're building a predictable, scalable, and profitable paid acquisition engine that can acquire high-quality users across channels while maintaining strong unit economics.

You'll be responsible for turning performance marketing into a strategic growth lever by combining data, experimentation, creative strategy, and execution.

As the Performance Marketing Lead, you'll own the complete paid acquisition journey.

• Define monthly acquisition and revenue targets
• Build scalable user acquisition strategies
• Own CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, and payback metrics

• Scale Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Identify opportunities across emerging acquisition channels
• Launch and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency

• Build creative testing frameworks
• Develop high-converting hooks, messaging, landing pages, and ad formats
• Partner with creative teams to continuously improve performance

• Run structured growth experiments
• Improve conversion across the acquisition funnel
• Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities

• Work closely with Product, Design, Analytics, and Content teams
• Influence roadmap decisions using growth insights
• Build repeatable growth systems instead of one-off campaigns

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
• Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Deep understanding of attribution, analytics, conversion funnels, and optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with app growth and consumer internet businesses
• Ability to independently own ambitious business goals
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

You'll stand out if you have experience with:

• EdTech or consumer internet companies
• AppsFlyer, GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
• Large monthly advertising budgets (₹1 Cr+)
• Influencer, affiliate, creator, or partnership-led acquisition
• SQL or advanced marketing analytics
• AI tools for creative production and campaign optimization

• Understand our business, users, and growth metrics
• Audit existing campaigns and attribution
• Identify the biggest growth opportunities
• Launch new acquisition experiments
• Improve creative testing velocity
• Optimize campaign structure and conversion funnels
• Build reporting dashboards and operating cadence

• Scale winning channels profitably
• Expand into new acquisition channels
• Improve CAC while increasing volume
• Build repeatable growth playbooks for long-term scale
