Role Description

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for devising, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms to achieve client growth objectives. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, managing ad budgets, and developing actionable insights to improve performance. The role also involves collaboration with creative and analytics teams and staying updated on the latest market trends.

Qualifications

• Expertise in performance marketing platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads.
• Proficiency in analytics, campaign monitoring, and deriving actionable insights from data
• Strong skills in Digital Marketing, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Experience in managing ad budgets and achieving ROI-driven outcomes
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of D2C business models
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
