This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager specializing in Amazon Marketplaces. The role is based in Dwarka and involves planning and executing performance marketing campaigns on Amazon. Key responsibilities include creating and optimizing advertising strategies, managing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, and staying updated with marketplace trends. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve performance benchmarks and increase conversions.

• Proficiency in Amazon advertising, PPC campaign management, and bid optimization
• Understanding of e-commerce marketing, keyword research, and competitor analysis
• Analytical skills with experience in campaign data analysis, performance reporting, and ROI optimization
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication skills and capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in e-commerce marketplaces and Amazon Seller Central tools is highly beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
