Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing role located in Tiruppur. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display to drive traffic, leads, and conversions for clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and audience research, setting up and monitoring campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting strategies to improve ROI. The role also involves collaborating with the design and content teams to create effective ad creatives and landing pages, preparing performance reports, and communicating insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
