🎯 Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Associate Director – Growth Marketing to lead high-impact digital growth initiatives across multiple brands and ventures.

This role requires a strong mix of growth strategy, team leadership, client management, and performance marketing expertise. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in scaling paid marketing functions, managing cross-functional teams, driving business growth, and delivering measurable ROI through data-driven marketing strategies.

You will work closely with leadership, product, analytics, creative, and client teams to define growth roadmaps, optimize acquisition funnels, and build scalable marketing systems.\

💡 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end growth marketing strategy across paid and digital channels
• Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and performance optimization initiatives
• Manage and mentor a team of performance marketers, media buyers, analysts, and growth specialists
• Oversee campaign execution across:
• Meta Ads
• Google Ads
• YouTube
• LinkedIn Ads
• Display & Remarketing Networks
• Define growth KPIs, media planning strategies, and budget allocation frameworks
• Analyze campaign and business performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, CPL, and conversion rates
• Build scalable acquisition and retention funnels for multiple business verticals
• Collaborate with content, design, product, and tech teams for integrated campaign execution
• Drive experimentation through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization
• Lead client discussions, growth reviews, and strategic business recommendations
• Identify emerging trends, tools, and AI-driven opportunities in digital growth and performance marketing
• Ensure operational excellence, reporting accuracy, and timely campaign delivery

✨ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing / Performance Marketing / Digital Strategy
• Strong leadership experience managing performance marketing teams
• Proven expertise in scaling paid campaigns with significant budget ownership
• Hands-on experience with:
• Meta Ads
• Google Ads
• PPC & SEM
• Marketing Automation
• Web Analytics
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and growth frameworks
• Experience in stakeholder and client management
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple brands/projects in a fast-paced environment
