Position Name: Performance Test Engineer

Experiance Range: 6 to 10 years

Location: Pune (hybrid)

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

📌 What You Will Do

• :Architect Strategies & Models: Move past basic execution. You will gather Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and independently engineer production-representative Workload Models for real-world scenarios
• .Advanced Scripting Mastery: Take complete ownership of deep, hands-on LoadRunner scripting. We need someone who can handle highly custom correlations, complex parameterization, and deep-level error handling effortlessly
• .Full-Stack Observability: Use Dynatrace at an advanced level—building custom diagnostic dashboards, executing root-cause analysis, tracing distributed bottlenecks, and interpreting heap/thread dumps to guide development squads
• .Technical Advocacy: Confidently articulate architectural risks, performance engineering reports, and mitigation strategies to cross-functional stakeholders and engineering leaders

• r:Experience: 6–10 years of rock-solid, dedicated experience across the end-to-end Performance Testing Life Cycle (PTLC) and Performance Engineering practice
• s.LoadRunner Expertise: Advanced, production-proven mastery of LoadRunner scripting protocols (Web HTTP/HTML, Web Services, etc.), scenario design, and granular analysi
• s.Advanced Monitoring: Strong practical background utilizing Dynatrace’s advanced capabilities (problem detection, profiling, database call tracing)—not just basic metric viewin
• g.Core Strength: High conversational confidence and strong technical depth when discussing real-world infrastructure problems and optimization initiative
