Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer with hands-on experience in performance testing, workload modeling, test execution, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate should have expertise in industry-standard performance testing tools and be capable of identifying application bottlenecks to ensure optimal system performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, spike, and endurance test scenarios.
  • Create and maintain performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.
  • Analyze application performance metrics and identify system bottlenecks.
  • Monitor server resources (CPU, Memory, Disk, Network) during test execution.
  • Validate application performance against defined SLAs and performance benchmarks.
  • Prepare detailed performance test reports with findings, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Work closely with developers, DevOps, DBAs, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
  • Perform API and web application performance testing.
  • Participate in release validation and production readiness activities.
  • Support continuous performance improvement initiatives.

Required Skills
  • 4-8 years of experience in Performance Testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.
  • Experience in Load, Stress, Spike, Volume, and Endurance testing.
  • Strong knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, and Web Services.
  • Experience with performance monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, or New Relic.
  • Good understanding of SQL and database performance.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix commands.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
