About the Role

We are seeking a highly professional, organised, and dependable Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in day-to-day executive responsibilities. This role requires the individual to have exceptional attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage priorities with maturity and discretion.

The ideal candidate will be someone who embodies professionalism, sincerity, punctuality, and ownership, ideally an individual who does not merely complete assigned tasks but proactively anticipates requirements and ensures smooth execution of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the Managing Director’s daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and priorities.
  • Handle professional communication, including emails, calls, correspondence, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain organised records, documents, reports, and confidential information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders professionally.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and necessary documentation.
  • Track important deadlines and commitments and ensure timely execution.
  • Assist in planning and managing business-related activities and administrative operations.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgement in handling sensitive matters.
  • Act as a reliable point of coordination, ensuring efficiency and professionalism across interactions.

Candidate Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar executive support role is required.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, etiquette, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and digital tools.
  • Demonstrated punctuality, sincerity, and reliability in previous roles.
  • Appropriate recommendations from the former employer
