Role Description The Personal Assistant at Vishuniversal will provide dedicated support to senior leadership, helping to coordinate daily activities and ensure smooth operations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Vadodara and involves managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and preparing documents and presentations. The Personal Assistant will handle correspondence, maintain records, and support follow-up on key tasks and projects. The role also includes liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, organizing events or business meetings, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance skills, including organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as managing senior leaders’ schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with stakeholders and drafting professional correspondence.
  • Candidates should possess effective Diary Management skills, including calendar coordination, deadline tracking, and prioritization of tasks.
  • Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and basic office administration.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace), strong time management, discretion in handling confidential information, and prior experience supporting executives or managers.
  • A relevant diploma or degree in business administration or a related field, and experience in a corporate or agency environment, are preferred.
