Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Fitness Trainer role based in Gurgaon. The Personal Fitness Trainer will design and deliver individualized fitness programs, conduct fitness assessments, and monitor client progress to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Responsibilities include leading one-on-one and small group training sessions, demonstrating exercises with proper form, and providing guidance on safe and effective workout techniques. The trainer will also support corrective exercise plans, maintain a clean and organized training area, and collaborate with other team members to deliver a positive client experience. Additional duties may include tracking session attendance, providing basic lifestyle and motivation coaching, and participating in promotional or wellness events organized by Think Rooter.
Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Fitness Instruction and Fitness Training, with the ability to design safe, effective, and goal-oriented workout programs.
  • Experience or training in Corrective Exercise to address movement imbalances and support injury prevention.
  • Proficiency in Group Training, including leading engaging, inclusive sessions for participants with varied fitness levels.
  • Familiarity with the Fitness Industry, including current trends, best practices, and professional standards.
  • Relevant certification in personal training or fitness (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent) and current CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered, inclusive, and motivating coaching style.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage schedules reliably, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Previous experience in a gym, studio, or wellness center is an advantage, especially within health and wellness or consortium-based organizations.
