Mandatory Qualifications:
- MBA or Secretarial qualification.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or any relevant discipline.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD). The ideal candidate should have experience in the pharmaceutical industry, excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and the capability to handle confidential information with utmost integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CMD's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
- Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and confidential documents.
- Prepare presentations, reports, executive summaries, and business documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track action items and ensure timely execution.
- Arrange domestic and international travel and logistics.
- Act as the primary liaison between the CMD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize board meetings, management reviews, and corporate events.
- Maintain confidentiality while providing administrative and executive support.
Required skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong drafting and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Eligibility criteria:
• 5–10 years of experience as a Personal Secretary.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Life Sciences industry is mandatory.
• Experience supporting CXO-level executives (CMD, CEO, MD, Director, or Vice President) is highly preferred.
Salary:
5 – 12 LPA
