Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmaceutical Sales Representative role based in Eranad. The role involves promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and other authorized stakeholders within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include scheduling and conducting sales visits, delivering product presentations, explaining product benefits and usage, and responding to customer inquiries. The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts. The role also includes working closely with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage healthcare professionals and respond to client needs.
  • Proven experience in Pharmaceutical Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of Pharmacy practices and pharmaceutical products, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships, manage a sales territory, and organize on-site visits efficiently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Comfort working in a regulated environment, with awareness of ethical standards and industry compliance requirements.
  • Strong time management, planning, and presentation skills, with proficiency in basic office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within the Eranad area and work on-site with clients as needed.
