We are looking for an enthusiastic, early-career PHP Developer to join our team. If you have a solid foundation in backend coding and are ready to dive into real-world projects, this is the role for you.

• Client Communication: Connect directly with foreign clients to understand their needs and present solutions.
• Learn & Build: Help design and implement REST APIs and assist with connecting them to Bitrix24 and other platforms.
• Write Clean Code: Write clean, readable PHP code using standard frameworks like Laravel.
• Team Up: Work hand-in-hand with our front-end developers to bring features to life, and collaborate with QA to make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Problem Solve: Troubleshoot bugs, optimize basic performance, and learn best practices through team code reviews.

• The Tech Skills: 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel.
• Language Proficiency: Strong, confident English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• API Foundations: A basic understanding of how REST APIs work and how to integrate them.
• Core Coding: Good fundamentals in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and experience using Git for version control.
• Collaborative Spirit: A bit of front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS) so you can easily sync up with our UI team.
• Bonus Points: Any exposure to CRM or e-commerce platforms—especially Bitrix24—is a huge plus, but we are happy to teach you!
• Mindset: Someone who is proactive, eager to learn, takes feedback well, and enjoys a hybrid team environment.
