Tech Lead - PHP Developer (Min. 4 years)

Location - Lucknow ( Work From Office Only ) Job Type - Full- Time Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tech Lead - PHP Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and efficient web applications. As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in setting technical direction, ensuring high-quality code, and delivering successful projects on time. Your expertise in PHP development, coupled with your leadership abilities, will drive innovation and excellence within the team. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in PHP development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter. A strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js) is a plus. Database Management: Proficient in working with MySQL or PostgreSQL, including database design, optimization, and complex queries. Version Control: Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and collaboration tools like Jira or Trello. API Development: Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and integration, with experience in developing and consuming APIs. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
