Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Physical Therapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, review medical histories, and develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans. Daily responsibilities include providing hands-on therapy, guiding patients through exercises, monitoring progress, and updating treatment plans as needed. The role involves educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, posture, and injury prevention. The Physical Therapist will document assessments and sessions accurately, coordinate with other healthcare professionals when appropriate, and maintain a safe, hygienic treatment environment.
Qualifications

• Strong background in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Experience in Patient Care and Home Care, including educating patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and long-term management.
• Foundational understanding of Medicine relevant to musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions treated in physical therapy.
• Recognized degree or diploma in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution and appropriate local licensure or registration, as required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work empathetically with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong documentation, time-management, and organizational skills to manage a full-time, on-site caseload.
• Previous clinical experience in outpatient, home health, or rehabilitation settings in the Greater Delhi Area is an advantage.
