Role Description

The Pilates Instructor Trainee (Intern) will assist senior instructors in delivering high-quality Pilates sessions, both group and individual. Responsibilities include learning Pilates instruction techniques, assisting with class setup and equipment, and observing client-specific exercise plans. The intern will also contribute to maintaining a positive studio environment and provide excellent customer service to clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in or experience with Pilates Instruction and Group Exercise techniques
• Knowledge of the basics of Physical Anatomy and its applications within a Pilates setting
• Customer Service skills, including creating a welcoming and supportive environment for clients
• Teaching abilities, particularly for fitness or wellness-related classes
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented studio environment
• Certification in Pilates instruction or fitness training is a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow in a professional setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
