Role Description

This is a 2-year contract based, on-site role in Paradip, Odisha for an RCM/Project Manager of a large green field POL Coastal Terminal construction. The RCM/Project Manager will oversee and manage end-to-end project processes, including planning, monitoring, and execution. Responsibilities include overseeing project expediting, managing logistics efficiently, coordinating inspection schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to align with project deadlines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mechanical is preferrable (having knowledge in civil work and constructions will be ideal).
2. Overall experience of 15-20 years with at least 5 years experience as an RCM/Project Manager with Oil and Gas Project Terminal or equivalent. 
3. Knowledge of Inspection procedures and the ability to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
4. Strong Project Management skills, including schedule planning, resource allocation, and timeline tracking.
5. Effective communicator with the ability to engage with all stakeholders, like client, Port Authorities, Electricity Dept. Authorities, Pollution Authorities and other government agencies
6. Experience in Expediting and Expeditor processes to monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery of project components.
