Job Summary

The PPC Engineer is responsible for production planning, scheduling, material coordination, and monitoring manufacturing activities to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure raw material availability.
• Monitor production progress and resolve scheduling issues.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with stores and logistics.
• Ensure on-time order execution and delivery.
• Generate production reports, MIS, and KPI dashboards.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and production teams.
• Optimize production capacity and improve workflow efficiency.
• Follow safety and quality standards.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 25 years of experience in Production Planning Control.
• Knowledge of production planning techniques and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
