Presales Specialist

Role Description : The Presales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves collaborating with sales, delivery, and technical teams to understand client needs and shape solutions around SculptSoft’s AI, software development, and data capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, conducting requirement discovery calls, preparing tailored presentations and demos, and creating solution proposals, estimates, and supporting documentation.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills to understand business problems, interpret data, and translate client requirements into solution outlines.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and the ability to convey complex concepts simply.
• Consulting-oriented mindset with experience in solution discovery, stakeholder management, and advising clients on technology options and trade-offs.
• Customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship-building, and collaborative problem-solving across client and internal teams.
• Presales experience, including lead qualification, proposal and RFP/RFI support, demo preparation, and coordination of proof-of-concept activities.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, Generative AI, web and mobile development, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and maintain high attention to detail.
