Pricing Analyst

Junior Pricing Analyst:

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing pricing models in SAP and driving day-to-day pricing actions to improve overall pricing process efficiency and support the achievement of annual pricing and margin objectives by improving customer and net price realization, supporting competitive market positioning, and enabling data-driven pricing decisions through effective analysis and pricing tools.

Your job:

• Build, maintain, and optimize pricing models to improve profitability and achieve revenue targets
• Provide pricing and commercial support to the sales team through detailed margin and profitability analysis
• Implement annual price increases in SAP in line with business requirements
• Validate and maintain pricing conditions in SAP on a day-to-day basis to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Manage and adapt yearly price lists for customers and products and resolve pricing-related queries from sales teams and contact center’s efficiently
• Collaborate with sales teams to define and implement appropriate pricing structures for customers and products
• Support competitive analysis and pricing strategy execution using analytical insights and pricing tools

Your qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Commerce (or equivalent) with minimum 2-5 years of experience in Pricing, Analytics
• Strong analytical and research skills with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel with hands-on experience with SAP SD module, especially pricing and condition techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and collaborative team player
