Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Associate to join our team. The Process Associate will be responsible for supporting various business processes by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of tasks. This role requires adaptability to rotational shifts and a focus on maintaining process efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute assigned processes accurately and efficiently according to service level agreements (SLAs).
Monitor and maintain quality standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Update and maintain records and reports as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers when required.
Identify process improvements and escalate process gaps or issues.
Adhere to rotational shift schedules including night shifts.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior experience in BPO, customer service, or process-oriented roles is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rotational shift environment with flexibility.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Google Workspace.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Adaptability and willingness to learn.
Customer-centric mindset.
Compensation:
