Role Description: The Procurement Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including identifying suppliers, soliciting quotations, negotiating prices and terms, and raising purchase orders in line with project requirements. The Procurement Executive will monitor material availability, coordinate deliveries with vendors and site teams, and ensure that procurement complies with quality, budget, and timeline standards. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate procurement records, analyzing cost and consumption data, collaborating with project managers and finance teams, and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to support smooth project execution.

Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes and Purchase Management to handle end-to-end procurement activities.
  • Ability to create, review, and manage Purchase Orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills to compare quotations, optimize costs, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Effective Communication skills to coordinate with vendors, project teams, and internal departments.
  • Experience in construction, interiors, or related contracting industries is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and ERP
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
  • Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism.
