Role: Procurement Manager (UAV Industry)

Location: Gurugram (full-time)


Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Lead end-to-end procurement of mechanical, electronic, and electrical components required for UAV manufacturing.
  • Lead inventory management alongside procurement to ensure smooth supply chain during production.
  • Develop sourcing strategies, identify and onboard reliable suppliers, and negotiate commercial terms to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
  • Ensure timely availability of materials in line with production schedules and project milestones.
  • Collaborate with Engineering on new component sourcing, alternate parts, and supplier qualification.
  • Monitor supplier performance, manage procurement risks, and resolve supply chain issues to avoid production delays.
  • Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Finance to ensure smooth procurement and inventory operations.
  • Manage purchase orders, vendor contracts, and procurement documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Drive cost optimization, supplier development, and continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement function.

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and procurement for our UAV manufacturing. The role is responsible for ensuring timely availability of materials, components, and services required for production while optimizing cost, quality, and supplier performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Finance to support successful execution of customer projects and production schedules.
